They told me I had plenty of tread life left and didn't need new tires. They did not have to do that! They could have sold me new tires and I would not have known any better. Luyet performed an alignment on my 2015 Pathfinder. The documentation provided recorded the vehicle’s beginning measurements, the acceptable range, and the post adjustment measurements. Luyet also provided a copy of a Technical Notice that Nissan had issued for my vehicle, so I know to take my vehicle to the dealership for servicing. Excellent service and communications.read more

Great communication. Ordered tires with them @ 8:30. The tires had to be delivered from Little Rock. They notified me when the tires arrived, I dropped my car off and shortly thereafter my car was ready for pickup. I highly recommend this shop.read more

I normally do routine maintenance on all my vehicles. When I need something done that is either too complex or requires special equipment, Luyet is the only shop I will trust my vehicles to. The shop is clean and ordered, the mechanics are top-notch, parts are reasonably priced and of high quality, and office managers Mark and Linda are professional and personable. Luyet is by far the best automotive shop I have ever used and I will continue to use their services.
